When Marius Petipa had the idea to choreograph the story into a ballet, it was actually based on a revision by Alexander Dumas, a well known French author. His version reflects more of what we have come to love as the Nutcracker Ballet.
This presentation of the The Nutcracker by the International Ballet Academy of Norwell features renowned guest artists together with some of the most talented students of the academy beautifully staged by the masters of ballet Cosmin and Melinda Marculetiu.
This is a family friendly event.
