COVID-19 OUTBREAK NOTICE

• With the fluid situation related to the COVID-19 outbreak, we discourage you from participating in any events as the risk of virus transmission is high and many events are/will be either cancelled or postponed. We are actively working with our venues to mitigate the risk and work on rescheduling the events. 
• If your event is cancelled, there is no need to reach out to us. We are working with the venues to issue refunds as soon as practicable; please note, this process might take up to 60 days. If your event is postponed, your tickets will be honored on the new dates and free exchanges of performance dates will be offered as we get closer.
• Finally, please note that it might take a few days before we can answer support requests due to the very high number of requests we have.
